The other day I was talking on the phone to Jeremy as he was driving home from work. Corbin made his way upstairs and was suddenly quiet. Knowing that my child is never quiet, I decided to investigate. This is what I found:
Corbin had made his way to the pantry, opened the door and was helping himself to a cookie cereal that we give him as a treat. Actually, he had cereal in one hand and goldfish in the other, and a mouthful of both. After giving him a hard time, I decided to have him pose for me.
I guess who needs a mom when you can walk all over and help yourself...

"Little Stinker"
Mothers Day (a Little Late)
On Saturday, we went to my parents' house to celebrate Mother's Day and my mom's birthday with the whole family. This is my second Mother's Day. Last year I had a one-month old. Corbin turned 13 months over Mother's Day. He has been such a blessing to us. I have learned so much being a mother for the past year, mostly patience. It also makes me so grateful to all of the mother's that are in my life.
I was spoiled this Mother's Day. Jeremy and Corbin got me flowers and a Cricut. One of the best things was just to be able to relax with my boys on the actual Mother's Day.
