Bowling

The day after Thanksgiving we went to Ontario and spent some more time with family.  We decided to take the kids bowling and had a great time.
Corbin loved the bowling ramp. With that, he was able to bowl all by himself.
These two are so similar in so many ways.  I think they even have the same nose...
Hudson and Grandma enjoyed the cuddling time.
Notice the concentration.  Jeremy says that he may be a plumber in the making...

The only thing that didn't go well was when he was told that it was time to go home...

Happy Thanksgiving

We had Thanksgiving with Jeremy's family this year since we were going to Utah for Christmas.  Mandy and Steve came, so Corbin had a great time with the boys.

Things were very lively.  Can't you see the excitement???
In all reality, we had a great time with family.  It was nice to spend Thanksgiving and not have to travel too far home.  Last year was great, but the snow on the ride back was not the best.

11 Months Old

Hudson turned eleven moths in November.
  • I have to say that Hudson is such a happy boy.
  • He had seven teeth (4 top and 3 bottom)
  • Can crawl up the stairs, but struggles go down correctly
  • Wears 12-18 Mo Clothes
  • Still takes two naps a day
  • prefers Mom to Dad
  • Still loves his bath
  • Likes people more and more every day
  • He will still eat anything
  • Says Mom, Dad, No and Ow

He is such a great member of our family and we can't imagine life without him.

Fry and A Fish

Corbin got a toy food set from my parents, and Hudson absolutely loves the crinkle cut fries.  This is a usual site of him during the day.
It means there is pretty much no need for a pacifier other than while in bed or in his car seat.
This picture of the boys doing "fish faces" just cracked me up.  We had been trying to teach Hudson how to make "kissy" lips, but got this instead.
Once Corbin saw him doing it, the copying was on.  Corbin would do it, and Hudson would copy.  They can go on and on like that forever.

Decorating The Kids Tree

We let Corbin do most of the decorating of the Christmas tree we have upstairs.  We started decorating the day before Thanksgiving and decorated in parts so that it wasn't all done in one piece.
Hudson just wanted to get into the decorations and play with them.
Corbin was very specific about the placement of bulbs and the proximity of the same color bulbs.  I think he gets that from me...

The highlight for him was to put the star on top.  I think he's seen too many Christmas shows.
Hudson was in awe of all of the lights.  He didn't really want to touch the ornaments.

Family Pictures

We had a lady at Jeremy's work offer to take our family pictures for us, and we couldn't pass that up.
It was really cold out side the day we took them.  So we hurried and took a few.  I had to put this one of Hudson up because this is a face he pulls all of the time.

We were lucky we had a few good ones.  I really took for granted how easy it was doing family pictures when we just had Corb.
