Family Christmas Party

Every year my parents have family over for dinner on Christmas Day.
Things definitely get a little loud, so we send the kids downstairs away from our noise...
Look at this bunch of criminals...
More troublemakers... j/k
We spend most of the time at the table talking to family.
Here is the overflow from the table...
Things are always so serious...
We had to take advantage of the moment.  We had everyone together.
Christmas is always a busy day, but we love it...

Opening Gifts at Grandma's & Grandpa's

Everyone came over so we could open the presents from my parents.

Oh the excitement and anticipation on everyone's faces...
My parents haven't let us down yet.  We were all spoiled.
Corbin had to show off his RC Jeep.
We had such a great time.  The only problem was that we were given more stuff than we could take back home with us.  We had to leave some with my parents to bring later.

Sunday Best

The boys looked so cute in their Christmas clothes.
They never stay still or happy long enough for good pictures.
I had to get one of Jeremy in his new suit that he got from his amazing wife...

It isn't too often we get pictures of our family all dressed up...

Christmas Morning

Santa found us at my parents' house.
Amazing how presents we loved as a kid are still loved.(Life Saver book)

Hudson decided to join the group a little later.  There was no use waking him up...
Here are my boys on Christmas Morning.

Corbin loves the movie Cars, so he was way excited to get some toys.
He was elated to open this present.  It was even his favorite color...
This gift made him excited to go to St. George where it would be warm enough to use it.
While Hudson isn't old enough to truly get excited, it is so much fun to see the excitement on Corbin's face on holidays like Christmas.  It just makes things so much fun!!!

Christmas Eve

We all got together for Christmas Eve at my parents' house.
Hudson got to open his PJ's early since he was going to bed before everyone left.
He loved the jammers, but ended up getting stuck under the end table...
Jeremy and Brandon kept the kids in the living room while my dad read a story he had written.
Jeremy had to sport the shirt that he got at Brandon's as part of the White Elephant exchange.  He was so proud...
Larry had written a good story...

After the story, all of the kids got to open their pajamas from my parents.
Posing in new pajamas...
Then Corbin opened his pajamas from us.
We love the traditions that have been formed and can't wait to create more...

Bus

Corbin has a fascination with buses, so he was more than overjoyed to go on a bus ride while we were in Utah.  He was really trying to hide it, but I think you can see some of the excitement on his face...
I don't think he stopped smiling the entire time...

Hunstman Family Christmas/Birthday Party

We had our annual Huntsman Family Christmas Party and Brandon's.
Patty did Christmas Bingo.
Hudson preferred to hang out with Natalie.
The cousins were able to exchange gifts.
Hudson was then able to open some birthday presents.  That is Hudson in the middle...
He had a lot of help...
Jeremy always says that he sees Brooklyn in Hudson.
Below is a picture with both of them.
Had to show off the presents.
We then had some cake and ice cream before the adults had the while elephant gift exchange.  The adults were supposed to play Minute To Win It that Tara had brought.  We were unable to play because I brought the gift that just keeps on giving with me(the flu).  The boys had already had it so I thought I was safe and ended up getting it the day after we got here.  It proceeded to go through almost everyone by Christmas Eve.
Hudson's excitement was gone as soon as the food was gone...
We have learned to really appreciate the times that we have to get together as a family.
It isn't that often now that we don't live in Utah.
